Victory Club Program

I worked directly with the leadership team and marketing team to create a white glove program for the top customers, aimed at increasing repeat business.

My main contributions was the development of the program visual identity and managing that across all print and digital touch points.

Here is the success story!

In 2022, 334 customers qualified to become Victory Club members (compared to 204 same time last year.) That’s a 63% increase in frequent customers who have funded at least three loans with CIVIC in 2022. These 334 Victory Club members represent 56.7% of all units funded and 48.9% of total loan volume. In fact, 69 customers have funded 10 or more loans with CIVIC.

Victory Club Summit Event

The Victory Club summit was a yearly event for the top customers of the program “Circle Circle”. This event was a weekend long and consisted of events and activity that were all branded to the Victory Club brand.
